There is no vacancy here. There is a list, and when a project needs a skill the studio does not want to fake, we go through it. Whoever we call gets a brief, a budget and a date, not a chat about opportunities.

Why there is no job ad
Because we would be making one up. We take people on for projects, not for positions, and a listing invented to collect CVs wastes your afternoon and insults your work.
What is true: the work arrives in bursts, and when it does it moves fast. The people we call are the ones already on the list. Getting on it costs you ten minutes and beats answering an ad that may never become anything.

A site, a reel, a repository, a campaign you ran. One real thing beats a page of adjectives.
You finish
Most projects die at 90%. We look for people who have carried something all the way to live, with a date on it.
You say what you think
You will be in the room with the client. If something is a bad idea, we need it said early, not after it is built.
You know your edges
Nobody is good at everything. Name the two things you are genuinely strong at and we will remember you for those.
What happens after you send it
It gets read
By a person, usually within the week. Every link is opened.
We write if there is work
If a live project fits what you do, you hear from us with the brief and the budget. If not, we spare you the polite nothing.
Your details stay twelve months
On the list and nowhere else. When something matches, we write. After twelve months it is deleted, unless you tell us to keep it.
