Solution

Creating a market competitive solution for restaurant owners and their clients is not easy butt, by doing ux research, we can go forward in the right direction and by constantly testing the app we can improve and adapt to the users needs and wants, creating a feature-rich mobile application that brings value to the people that use it.

The Process

Firstly we conducted some user research by creating a user persona, after that we went and created a journey map in which we mapped the exact path of emotions that a customer would possible take, in the end we did a feasibility questionnaire to see if people would use this app and if they actually like dining out, we also took it upon ourselves to create a competitive analysis matrix which helped us understand our competition better.

From concept to design

We started of by firstly creating a design system that helped us be consistent in our design choices, after that we’ve created a wireframe and tested different ideas to see if the concept matched with our expectations, finally we brought color into our design, and made the high fidelity screens.

CONCLUSION CONCLUSION

Our conclusion

Adhearing to the needs of users especially in this case was essential, by doing extended research on the market and the users, we came up with solutions to minimize frustration and wait times, the features of the app give the users value sincethe success of the app is depended on both B2B and B2C relationships.
